| 31-815 - LICENSING OF TOLL ROADS, BRIDGES, AND FERRIES |
The board shall
grant licenses and franchises, as provided by law, for construction of,
keeping and taking tolls on roads, bridges and ferries, and fix the tolls and
licenses; provided that the board need not grant licenses and franchises, as
provided by law, for construction of, keeping and taking tolls on roads,
bridges and ferries, and fix the tolls and licenses for those areas
encompassed within the boundaries of a highway district formed pursuant to
title 40, Idaho Code. |
