38-131A - DEFICIENCY WARRANTS FOR COSTS OF FIRE SUPPRESSION ON STATE-OWNED RANGE LANDS
DEFICIENCY WARRANTS FOR COSTS OF FIRE SUPPRESSION ON STATE-OWNED
RANGE LANDS. The state board of land commissioners may authorize the issuance
of deficiency warrants for the purpose of paying the costs of fire suppression
on state-owned range lands whether or not said lands are adjacent to or
intermingled with forest lands. When so authorized, the state controller shall
draw deficiency warrants against the general fund.
