| 40-1305I - CONDUCT OF ELECTION ON ELECTION DAY |
At all highway district
elections, the polls shall be opened at 8:00 a.m. and remain open until all
registered electors of that precinct have appeared and voted or until 8:00
p.m. of the same day, whichever comes first. However, the election official
may, at his option, open the polls in his jurisdiction at 7:00 a.m.
Highway districts conducting elections on the same date as any other
political subdivisions shall, whenever practicable, use the same polling
places and share the services of the judges and clerks. |
