| 44-1003 - DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED |
Labor is hereby defined to be all
services performed in the construction, repair, or maintenance of all state,
county, municipal, and school work.
A bona fide resident of Idaho is hereby declared to be a person, who, at
the time of his said employment and immediately prior thereto, has resided in
this state for not less than one (1) year. |
