50-1746 - PROOF OF NOTICE
The treasurer shall, before issuing any deed to
the municipality, make and file his affidavit showing a full compliance with
the requirements of the preceding section as to giving notice of the
expiration of the period of redemption; before issuing a deed to the holder of
any delinquency certificate, the treasurer shall require that affidavits be
filed showing a complete compliance with the provisions of the previous
section as to giving such notice. Such proof shall be filed in the office of
the treasurer and remain a permanent record in such office. Any person making
a false affidavit as to any fact required herein shall be guilty of perjury.
