54-4210 - ENDORSEMENT OF LICENSES
The board, in its discretion, and
otherwise subject to the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the board
may endorse a residential care facility administrator license issued by the
proper authorities of any other state upon payment of a fee and upon
submission of evidence meeting such requirements as are established by the
rules of the board.
