67-6225 - CONSTITUTIONALITY
Notwithstanding any other evidence of
legislative intent, it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative
intent, that if any provision of this act or the application thereof to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this act and the
application of such provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as
to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
If any section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of
this act shall be unconstitutional or ineffective, in whole or in part, to the
extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective it shall be valid and
effective and no other section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or
provision shall on account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.
